Privacy policy
Last updated: October 21, 2026
This policy explains what information the Corebound Fitness website at coreboundfit.com collects and how it's used. The short version: Corebound collects as little as possible.
What we collect
- No accounts. You don't need to sign up or log in to use this site.
- No analytics or advertising trackers. The site doesn't currently use analytics tools, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.
- Email and the contact form. The contact form doesn't send or store anything on this website. It opens your own email app with your message addressed to hello@coreboundfit.com, and nothing is sent until you send that email yourself. If you email Corebound Fitness, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and your message, and we use them only to reply to you.
- Server logs. Like most websites, the company that hosts the site may automatically record basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
How we use information
Information you send by email will be used only to respond to your message. Corebound doesn't sell, rent or trade personal information.
YouTube and other links
The site links to YouTube and to external websites such as government health guidance. When you follow those links, the other site's privacy policy applies. YouTube is operated by Google; see Google's privacy policy.
Health information
Please don't send health or medical information by email or through the contact form. Corebound can't provide personal medical advice.
Your choices
You can ask what personal information Corebound holds about you, or ask for it to be corrected or deleted, by using the contact page.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
