Find your program
Six follow-along video programs for training at home. They share one simple structure, so once you know how one works, you know them all.
The Corebound structure
3 days a week
Day 1, Day 2 and Day 3 videos, typically on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, with rest or light activity in between.
About 25–45 minutes
Every session includes a warm-up, the main work with timed intervals and rests, and a cool-down.
A 4-week cycle
Weeks 1–3 build up with a new target each week. Week 4 is lighter and ends with a Test Day (Weights uses a deload week instead).
Replay the same videos
The videos stay the same; you beat them. The on-screen target tells you what to aim for each week.
Easier and harder options
Every main move has an easier and a harder version. Level up one or two moves per cycle, not everything at once.
Safety built in
The clock is a limit, not a quota. If form breaks, rest for the rest of the interval. Pain means stop.
